Just Slots Picks Hub88 for First Distribution Deal After MGA Licence

Slot developer Just Slots has secured a business-to-business gaming licence from the Malta Gaming Authority and chosen Hub88 as its first distribution partner under that approval. The companies announced the move this week, giving the studio a route to more operators using Hub88’s aggregation network. It is a licensing and distribution story, rather than a launch of a new casino for players.

The licence opens a wider route to market

Just Slots says its portfolio includes Sugar Hell, Ice Vacation, Shadow Pirates and Shogun Skylord: Jade Empress. Those titles are due to become available to operators licensed under Malta’s framework. The studio says the B2B approval also helps it pursue relationships in other regulated markets, although availability will still depend on each market’s rules and operator agreements.

The company’s own contact page lists Just Slots Operations Limited and its MGA B2B licence number. That confirms the licence claim independently of the partnership announcement. A supplier licence does not mean every game is instantly available in every jurisdiction.

Why Hub88 matters to the deal

Hub88 aggregates games for casino operators. A studio can use an aggregation partnership to reach several operator clients through one distribution channel. Just Slots called Hub88 its first partner for the Maltese rollout and said more distribution arrangements may follow. Neither company disclosed a revenue forecast or a guaranteed operator count for the launch.

A familiar expansion pattern

Supplier deals often connect a game studio with operators that already use a platform. CasinoPost previously covered Pragmatic Play’s Winland partnership in Mexico, another example of a content company using a local distribution relationship to expand reach. The markets and partners differ, but the commercial question is similar: which operators can actually carry the games after integration?

For a new studio, the main advantage is access to an established technical channel. For an aggregator, fresh titles can widen the selection it offers casino clients. Those benefits still depend on testing, certification and the choices each operator makes.

What operators should watch next

The near-term milestone is deployment. Operators will want to know which Just Slots games appear through Hub88, when they go live and where they are approved for play. For players, the practical change will happen only when a licensed casino adds a title to its lobby.

The September 29 company announcement names Hub88 as the first distribution partner and includes comments from both firms. The news is a step in Just Slots’ growth, but the scale of the rollout will become clearer only as operators list the games.
